System Description:  Wolverine Coatings’ Aquatic Lining Systems are 100% solids, thick film Advanced Hybrid lining systems designed for general use as a protective lining for swimming pools, aquatic environments, domestic waste water facilities, and other mildly aggressive immersion chemical environments. Our Aquarium Systems have excellent resistance to these environments while also displaying outstanding mechanical properties, such as adhesion and abrasion resistance. These systems were designed to be a high density (low porosity) lining system. They are a natural choice for aquatic environments as well as USDA & FDA Inspected facilities, clean rooms and other areas where a smooth easy to clean surface is desired.

Application Summary:  Components are 2K products that are mixed on site and typically applied with a notched trowel, squeegee, roller or airless spray to create a smooth, glossy floor. 

Common Applications:  Warehouse, hangars, maintenance shop, packaging area, process rooms, machine shop, loading docks, test areas, manufacturing areas, light industrial, walkways, pharmaceutical processing areas, USDA inspected facilities, chemical processing areas.

1. Primer: BondTite 1101 (also available in Extended pot life formulation, BondTite 1101-EP)

2. Base Coat: LiquaTile 1187 , LiquaTile 1172

*LiquaTile 1187-020 Roller or Spray applied to 20 mils
*LiquaTile 1187-060 Spray applied up to 60 mils/coat
*LiquaTile 1187-125 Spray applied up to 125 mils 

3. Sealer Coat: HybriShield 2401

Texture:  Optional with aggregate: SpheriTex (Slip Resistance), WearResist (Wear Resistance)
